Refunds and Returns Policy

At PASHA LTD, we aim to provide the best quality products and customer experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for us to assist with a return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid any damage during the return shipping process.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product, except in the case of damaged or defective items where we will cover the return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, missing parts not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at wipcatechsolutions@gmail.com and follow the return process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance.

7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns. However, if an item is returned used, damaged, or outside of the return window, a restocking fee or rejection of the return may apply.

8. Refund Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
